Global commercialisation · MyMEX Partner Network

Build your market with the MyMEX digital business card partner program.

MyMEX connects digital business cards, CRM, lead capture, analytics and governed AI in one configurable customer engagement platform. We are preparing controlled partner pilots for organisations that can take that operating model into new markets.

Built around people

A platform creates capability. Alignment creates momentum.

The strongest partnership is not a logo exchange. Both sides align the market, delivery model, governance and measures of success—then use MyMEX to turn that shared intent into accountable action.

  • AlignAgree the market opportunity and outcome.
  • ActivateLaunch a controlled, supported first cohort.
  • ProveMeasure behaviour before deciding to scale.
Live commercial portfolio

Model a portfolio using live MyMEX pricing.

Change the client count, average active cards, billing cycle and indicative partner path. Every number is recalculated from the platform’s current published tiered pricing.

Published-rate connection This model follows the current MyMEX pricing version and annual discount rules.
Four governed partner levels

Recurring participation that grows with proven capability.

These percentages are indicative programme ceilings, not automatic offers. Every appointment, agreement, territory and exception is subject to human review and signed terms.

Move from approved campaigns to clients, conversion, updates and statements so the partner journey is clear before anyone applies. Use the section buttons yourself or press Play tour; the preview is read-only demonstration data, not real client records or an earnings forecast.

The commercial idea

Not another digital-card product. A customer journey operating layer.

A business identity becomes the entry point to a governed journey: a customer engages, intent is captured, responsibility is assigned, the next action is made clear and the outcome can be measured.

One connected journey

From attention to accountable action.

Partners can take a coherent operating model to market instead of assembling disconnected point solutions.

01Connect

Make identity useful

Cards, QR, sharing and public experiences create a branded entry point.

02Understand

Capture intent

Enquiries, content interactions and bookings provide customer context.

03Own

Assign responsibility

CRM ownership, secure conversations and follow-up controls keep work accountable.

04Guide

Support the next step

Jarvis works from approved knowledge and keeps human review in the workflow.

05Measure

Improve the outcome

Analytics connect engagement and operational response to visible activity.

Controlled validation

A 90-day pilot designed to create evidence—not theatre.

The first engagement should prove customer fit, operational adoption, measurable activity and a repeatable delivery model before either party commits to scale.

Evidence discipline

Clear about what exists. Careful about what is not yet proven.

Available for demonstration
  • Tenant-isolated workspaces
  • Configurable digital cards and public experiences
  • CRM ownership, messaging and follow-up workflows
  • Bookings, content, analytics and notifications
  • Jarvis guidance with review-before-action controls
Prepared during partner review
  • Verified traction and cohort metrics
  • Commercial economics and territory terms
  • Integration requirements and delivery scope
  • Security, legal and data-processing schedules
  • Support model, service levels and rollout capacity

No inflated footprint claims. Technical routes, trials and demonstrations are not represented as commercial adoption or evidence of global scale.

Ownership, attribution and safeguards

A clear operating boundary from first introduction to approved payout.

This is the useful governance detail retained from the retired Partner Brief. It now lives beside the programme it governs, instead of repeating the page elsewhere.

MyMEX remains responsible for

The platform and its controls.

  • Platform, intellectual property and product roadmap
  • Jarvis intelligence boundaries and customer-facing brand
  • Published pricing engine and tenant-isolation controls
  • Versioned agreements, commission ledger and payout review
The partner remains responsible for

The market relationship and delivery quality.

  • Accurate introductions and approved go-to-market activity
  • Agreed implementation, enablement and support scope
  • Consent, lawful communication and local market obligations
  • Evidence, service quality and human accountability
Secure partner link→Verified registration→Attributed tenant→Successful payment→Commission ledger→Approved payout

Safeguards stay in force: pending or failed payments do not qualify; refunds, chargebacks, reversals, credits, discounts and taxes are accounted for; professional services require separate approval; and duplicate attribution, self-referrals, disputes or transfers require human review. Tenant CRM records remain private.

Responsible expansion

Governance travels with the product.

Partner evaluation includes tenant isolation, permissions, consent-aware communication, auditability, AI boundaries, support responsibilities and the legal requirements of each target market.

Partner FAQs

Straight answers before a commercial conversation.

These answers apply to the Founding Partner Programme and its controlled pilot—not to a standard MyMEX customer subscription.

Who is the programme designed for?

Established agencies, integrators, distributors and enterprise networks with a credible market, customer relationships and the ability to support a controlled rollout.

Are the displayed commission percentages guaranteed?

No. They are indicative ceilings. The accepted level, qualifying revenue, duration, territory and responsibilities are confirmed only after due diligence and signed terms.

What happens during the 90-day pilot?

Both parties qualify the market, activate a controlled cohort, measure paid adoption and delivery quality, then decide whether the model is repeatable enough to scale.

Does an application create an appointment or exclusivity?

No. An application starts a human review only. It creates no partner appointment, income guarantee, territory right, exclusivity or commercial agreement.

Can we earn from implementation services?

Approved professional services may be contracted separately. Their scope, customer responsibility, pricing and service levels must be agreed before delivery.

What information should we prepare?

Your target market, active customer base, industries served, territories, go-to-market approach, implementation capability and evidence of commercial fit.

Start with fit

Bring the market. We’ll bring the operating model.

Tell us where you operate, the customers you serve and the outcome you believe MyMEX could improve. A person reviews every partnership request before any commercial commitment is proposed.
